Telephone and Business Directories

Many yellow page telephone directories and business directories are available on the WWW.

Print resources available in the Reference Area on first floor of the Library:Print Telephone Directories for many large U.S. cities and to most Wisconsin cities and towns are located in Stack 18 of the Reference Collection. Other directories are classed in the Reference Collection by call number.

Manufacturing and Industry Directories

Manufacturing Directories for most states can be found in the "T12" section of the Reference collection. These provide address, annual sales, and number of employees for manufacturing companies. The directories are usually arranged alphabetically with indexes by city and product. The Library also owns many industry-specific directories, such as:
