This symbol indicates restricted library resources for use by UW-Stout students, faculty and staff.
When accessing library resources using an Internet Service Provider (ISP) such as America Online, Airstream or a local provider, a username and password prompt will appear, and you will be required to enter your UW-Stout email username (ex: smithp1234 or olsonr) and password.
A Stout e-mail username and password is required. Distance Education students and students taking short term/weekend classes may not have activated e-mail accounts. If a Stout e-mail account is not activated, follow the Off-campus Access Instructions (Remote Access) or contact Ask5000 Technology Help Desk (telephone) 715-232-5000 or email@example.com.
Off-campus Access Instructions (Remote Access) are also available for additional information, i.e. connectivity problems.
